Balanced nutrition, not calorie counting
WFPB eating is NOT calorie counting, weighing food before cooking or a precise balancing of protein, carbohydrates and fats in each meal. It IS about enjoying an abundance of whole fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes until you are satisfied.
WFPB eating is about the freedom to eat food that is unrefined and as close to its natural state as possible. Cooking your food is okay but avoid adding any salt, oil or sugar to the cooking process.
